Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This was by far the worst experience I've had at Zaxby's. The chicken tasted burnt and the service was incredibly slow. I checked in for a 7pm pick up at 6:58, waited 15 minutes, called again and waited another 10 minutes. I ended up having to grab my own food off the to-go rack while watching others receive their orders without any issues. The quality of the food was also lacking compared to other Zaxby's locations. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the service and food. Service: 1, Food: 1, Atmosphere: 3. Meal type: Dinner, Price per person: $10-20.

Yet again, we've had to bring back a wrong order. If you're going to go here check your order before you leave. Had to drive 30 minutes all the way back here. They gave a refund but no apology or compensation for gas money or time wasted. At least they gave a refund though and were polite.

Zaxby's is consistently fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly and courteous. We ate a take-out lunch here and the price per person was between $1 and $10. The food quality and service both deserve a top rating of 5. The atmosphere at Zaxby's is also a 5. Highly recommend trying the Chicken Finger Plate.
