This place keeps getting worse and worse first of all they give you no cheese sause when you pay £1.30 it’s crazy I came to Taco Bell today and I received a quesadilla that was not cooked. The cheese was cold when I went up to the woman to ask her, if she could maybe give me a refund or a new meal she refused and said that it was cooked right when I tried to show her. She said it was fine when she didn’t know, because when I took the bite out of it was cold She was arguing with me saying that I was not right. This is unbelievable. I was just coming out to have a good day with my friends just because I am a child doesn’t mean I was lying because I know that was hard and thought and when I left they were all staring at me and when I left I heard them all talking about me .
The food was very average the quesadilla had hardly any filling and the nachos were so salty they were inedible. Not cheap either. Altogether will not be rushing back if at all.
Overpriced and below par. Those two words summarise the disappointment felt, and seen within Taco Bell Irvine. While no-one truly expects their food to remotely resemble the airbrushed images on the menu, what one should expect is a standard of food that is acceptable, given the cost. Cheese Quesadillas that were nothing more than some grated cheese in a lukewarm tortilla and loaded fries were loaded with nothing but regret and disappointment. The term fast food does not necessarily apply to this establishment, with long queues and even longer waits for your order when you finally reach the front of the chaotic queue. I 've eaten in places that I can say are one-offs simply because the standard of food is so high and it is perhaps a special event, however this particular one-off is simply down to my overwhelming desire to never set foot in Taco Bell Irvine ever again.
We enjoy the food at this Taco Bell and visit 1-2 times a month because it is the closest one to us. However, their consistent mistakes with orders have made us suspect that it may be company policy to never get it right. About 80% of the time, there is an error, including overcharging, missing or incorrect items, or even unusual fillings like a taco with just lettuce. Additionally, receiving cheese sauce with churros was ridiculous. To make matters worse, I recently received a meat-filled quesadilla instead of the black bean one I had ordered, which was disappointing as a vegetarian. Unfortunately, we were too far away to return and complain by the time we noticed the mistake.
