Worst place to work and to eat poutine.The fries have not even been in the deep fried. They are so cheap and curds were not even melted. Gravy was the only decent part

Shrinkflation and mold on burger bun. Dairy queen is my favourite fast food restaurant. This has literally turned me off fast food for good I think. $45 wasted on small burgers, and tiny chicken strips which are more like 1/4 a strip. What a joke. Paying for fast but not food.

We go to both locations in North Bay. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I picked up an ice cream cake from the location on McKeown a couple of weeks ago. The staff helped me pick out the perfect cake and did a great job on the decorating!

The local health inspector should be informed of the low quality of food at this restaurant. The burgers weren't even cooked and they were cold. Improperly cooked meat can cause food poisoning. The CO2 was completely off in all the beverages. No napkins, ketchup, salt, no forks and no pepper were included in the bag. The fries were good. This used to be my favorite restaurant but not anymore. Be very very careful eating here as none of my burgers were cooked. The staff don't really care about the quality of the food or the customers. The quality of service is horrible. When I called them about it nobody really cared, and since they didn't put a receipt in the bag, I couldn't get a refund. July 10, 2022

As the only Grill Chill in town, we were very happy when it opened, and it hasn't disappointed. The service is always fast and efficient. There's enough parking. It's near other places where we shop, so it's convenient. The family all have our favourites.
