Absolutely terrible. Everyday I wait fifteen minutes. No sense of urgency. Shut this place down or hire a completly new team. The manager is awful. Always has attitude and is just incapable of running anything. I’ve been to hundreds of dunkins and I can easily say this is by far the worst. Consistently too. The line will be out the door and they choose to ignore you.
They charged me $9.37 for a medium frozen chocolate and 3 donuts something isn’t adding up here… also Susan needs to work on her customer service if she’s going to work the window it’s not my fault you hate your job
I've given this location many chances. It's a very convenient location, but they get the order wrong constantly even when the order is placed via the app. I'm dropping this review to one star as they are getting worse.
Last time ordering anything from this location !! Not only was the food horrible but my Large ice coffee was made wrong as well !!! I understand short staffed so the 10 min drive thru wait is understandable but it doesn’t mean or justify messing up the order !!!! Tried calling and went straight to voicemail !! Who owns this place ???
