Subway - North Chesterfield

The staff was welcoming and professional, and the food was excellent, prepared exactly as we ordered.

I have to say that this Subway location is quite impressive. The food is quality, the staff are friendly and dedicated to their customers, and the service is excellent. I would rate this Subway a 9 out of 10.

My wife ordered an Italian sandwich and was mistakenly charged $13 for a veggie sub. When she received her order, it only had salami, Swiss cheese, and a few pickles. I called the restaurant to address the issue, but they hung up on me. I then contacted the manager, shared my experience with him, and he was quite understanding. He kindly offered me a free sandwich if we returned.

The service was good, and the food was tasty and served quickly. However, I can't give it five stars because they ran out of receipt paper, and the woman at the register didn't know how to replace it. This is a basic task that all employees should be able to handle. I needed a receipt for refund purposes.
