Order was not made correctly this restaurant is bad about that especially when you customize your order

The service was great. Store looks nice. The drive thorough needs an overhaul. Be prepared to wait in line. Wait time in drive through takes longer than any other fast food restaurant I've visited. Probably won't be visiting again anytime soon.

This is the nicest, cleanest, friendliest, and thus rightly so busiest McDonalds I've visited in a small town. It is always busy, food is always fresh, and drinks are made right.Dietary restrictions: Dedicated fryer for hash browns and french fries

I waited at the menu for 10 minutes and did not get my order taken. The line next to me was getting theirs taken the entire time. I said “hello” no one answered. This is the second time this has happened this week!

Both employees I interacted with were super sweet and friendly. I appreciate that they gave me extra napkins without asking.I also liked the setup of this Drive Thru. It seems like it would help during heavy/busy hours.
