Decently priced. Kids loved the mountain coaster, summer tube slide, bungee trampoline and other stuff. Restaurant was a bit pricey.
Mountain bike park is a blast! The staff (I think Ufuk) is extremely helpful at the lifts with the bikes mounting and dismounting. You need confidence in riding before you go and recommend renting a full face helmet if you don't own one. Use the pass to ride the other lift to the top (included in day pass) and enjoy the gorgeous views.
This place is a Marriott disaster....does not live up to Bonvoy standards....just all the little things....no lids for morning coffee, NO gluten free options in restaurant, no lettuce for the one salad available, were given a different room upon check in than promised and paid for, mattress was way to hard and linens were almost corrosive on the skin...will bypass a return here....the scenery was dynamic, that is a given...avoid if possible
Fun place although needs some work. My 6 year old loved the mountain coaster, bouncy house and ski lift although I think customer service and signs of information could use some work. after you park your car you really have no idea of where to go. It shows signs for tubing and the coaster so we head to the coaster which states at the front you need to have purchased a ticket which we did online and I had on my phone and showed the attendant but he said we needed to go to the ticket desk to get our wristbands. No signs as to where the ticket desk is! The ticket desk is in a secluded spot so a sign right after you park with what to do from there would be helpful. (My email confirmation and website didn’t say anything about this There were no greetings from anyone there with the exception of one woman at the ticket desk. We felt like we were bothering all attendants. The ski lift attendant didn’t inform us to put the ski bar down ourselves (we are not skiers! and as we were starting our way I pulled down the bar over us. I had a 6 year old. Just a quick “make sure you pull the bar over you” would have been nice. the bounce house race person says “ready, set, go” for the kids to race and the attendant barely said it with any enthusiasm at all, consistently. Better not to say it at all.It seems like the people working there are college aged kids if not younger and should be pumped up and getting everybody going. That was highly missing!!!Not to mention the guy at the top of the mountain where you can get snacks and icecream just laughed and smirked the whole time I was ordering and serving us.The staff needs some training.
