If you're in search of a great creative cocktail or an exciting culinary experience, this is the spot to visit! I was thoroughly impressed during my recent date night at this place. In my opinion, Shelby's is the top bar and restaurant in Hollywood. The drinks and food were carefully crafted, creative, and delicious (on par with those in NYC). Additionally, the attentive yet friendly and unpredictable service, along with the stylish and cozy decor, were also major highlights. I would highly recommend Shelby's for a romantic date night!

The menu may be limited, but we thoroughly enjoyed everything we sampled and the cocktails were exceptional. The only thing I would suggest is adding a salad or fresh dessert option. While the focus is on elevated American street food, a fresh option would be a nice addition. This is exactly the type of place Holywood needs. We will definitely be returning.

I give this restaurant a 5-star rating. I have dined here twice now and both experiences were exceptional. The decor is beautiful, the staff is fabulous, and the food is really delicious! I highly recommend trying the chicken and waffle dish and the pork burnt ends. Keep up the good work, staff!

Unusual tapas and cocktails. a winning combination. the menu is now smaller than it is used, and some of our favourite dishes have been dropped. it is good to try out different things and it is better to change than to stale. even though that doesn't stop me missing those dishes.

Gorgeously enjoyable food, with a relaxed service and atmosphere. Shelby's offers lots of novel dishes to try out with an equally interesting cocktails menu. The food is rich and flavoursome. Forget about calories and the diet and just go and enjoy yourself.
