I went to this restaurant last night with my friends, and one of them, a food enthusiast, was very excited to try the food here. Living in the city, I have been missing good food, so I was happy to eat here. We were warmly welcomed by the manager, who personally greeted us with drinks and a smile. We sat at the bar and noticed the great selection of spirits, especially the popular gins. We ordered a variety of appetizers, including sticky sesame ribs with honey and scallops with apples in a coriander broth, which were delicious and perfectly paired. My friends enjoyed the seafood rice dish as well. We were well taken care of and I hope this place continues to thrive as it is a gem in the city. I will definitely return and recommend it to others. A special thanks to the chef and the manager for their excellent service.

I recently visited a restaurant now called Silhouettes, and at first, I was unsure what Pan-Asian cuisine was. However, after trying a variety of dishes, I was completely impressed. The food was incredibly delicious, fresh, and full of so many flavors. I will definitely be returning regularly. Thank you.

Visited here last night with friends , being a foodie was really excited and looking forward to dining here as there really is nothing else like this is town and having lived in a city I do really miss good food. Very welcoming was welcomed personally by the manager who promptly sorted us out with some drinks and a lovely smile : we sat at the bar before taking a seat and noticed the wide selection of spirits especially the gins enough flavours to please everyone who’s into there gin being very popular at the moment. We ordered a varied selection of starters the sticky sesame ribs with honey (forgive me was very hungry and excited so didn’t get a pic of all the details but will try to remember as descriptive as I can , the scallops with apple in a coriander broth absolutely delicious cooked to perfection and went together beautifully, we was all very happy with our starters especially the chicken dumplings amazing flavours . For mains I chose the Korean chicken it was a hard choice as there was a couple of things jumping out for me on the menu so I will be coming back to try these, the portion was generous and the flavours complimented each other really flavourful dish everything cooked perfect the chicken and sweet corn broth was delicious. My friends had the seafood rice dish and was very happy being so focused on my own dish I didn’t try this but none of us had any complaints. We really was looked after and genuinely hope this place does well because there really isn’t anything else like this in town really really recommend giving it ago don’t be put off to try something new, for this quality of food it is not expensive.
