Maria's Cafe - North Fair Oaks

Man oh man. This place will always have a special place in my heart. When I was little I passed this place a lot and is easy to miss. But when I tasted the chicken sandwich and bagels. It really is an experience grabbing breakfast here (Or lunch). If I could I'd put this place as the top breakfast spot in Redwood City. Very underrated. The service is great. The food is seriously something else. I always order the classic as shown in the picture a chicken sandwich with bacon and tapatio sauce. The sandwich comes in a hotdog bun which is unique. The cooking and preparing for this is always top notch. It comes with a potato salad which is amazing. $9 for the sandwich and it is worth every penny. Other good options are the bagel which looks picture perfect. Another good choice is the bagel sandwich which has bacon,egg, and cheese the classic but Maria's cafe style. Highly recommend worth it for sure.

Maria's cafe is where I go for a quick breakfast before work. I always get the egg, cheese, and ham sandwich on a English muffin and add avocado. This plus a small coffee comes out to less than $8! There's very few cafe/restaurants that offer great food at a great price. I always get mine to go and it comes out hot and fast.

Bad service. Reheated food from yesterday's had tamales had me waiting while they were helping other clients.

The pork Tamales were amazing and the Service was just as amazing, Friendly, fast and CLEAN!

Had a deli sandwich and it was amazing. The service was fast and everything was very clean.
