Kfc - North Lanarkshire

Giving this restaurant one star is actually a compliment. The service is extremely slow for fast food and the staff's attitude is very disrespectful. I can't understand why anyone would choose to dine here. I definitely will not be coming back.

It was pretty quiet when I last visited here so you would expect the food to be piping hot but sadly it wasn't but never mind it won't put me off from visiting again

Got a meal.for one and they didn't ask which dip I would prefer and automatically served it with gravy without asking me when I would have preferred beans which according to the pic was also an option. Gravy was poor substitute and after one small taste I threw it away. Peach tea was nice though.

Linda at the Magee drive-thru really made my day. She also prepared fresh, unseasoned chips without any issue. The food was on point as well. I was a bit worried after seeing some posts of raw chicken, but my meal from KFC was exactly what I expected. It hit the spot.

Great job KFC on Coatbank Street in Coatbridge. It's impressive how consistently you manage to get the order wrong for the third time in a row. If there was an award for this, you would definitely come in first place. It seems like every time there is either an incorrect order or something missing. However, you always manage to charge for the full order. Good effort though. I'll give you 5 stars for your consistency.
