Feedback gevenBeware! They take your money £15) then don 't give a toss!!! We ordered a meal through McDelivery and received a text telling us that an uber delivery had been set up BY THE RESTAURANT. We soon got a message saying it was on its way. Then another saying it was cancelled as the delivery driver could not complete the order. As directed in the text, I contacted McDonald 's, Showcase Leisure Park. The male manager there said it was an uber problem and I 'd have to contact them. I then tried the uber driver and was denied access because I wasn 't calling from a registered phone number on my uber account! That would be because I don 't have an uber account!! I wasn 't the one who set up the delivery via uber!!!! Back to McDonald 's. Another manager female). Another insistence that I need to contact uber as they have 'no contact with them ' once the delivery is en route and don 't know why it was cancelled!! I told her there was a tracking number and a phone number she could access. Not interested. She just kept saying to contact uber. So they have my money and, since I have no uber account and this order wouldn 't be on it anyway, I can 't chase uber for it either! My advice, avoid this McDonald 's! At best it 's a 'don 't care ' attitude terrible customer service! . At worst it 's a downright rip off.
Everything was tasty and hot pleasant guy from uber eats delivery was on time 5 definitely order again
Just out of McDonalds at Parkhead shopping centre..on the window ledges there were flies and ants and the toilets were disgusting
Take away McChicken sandwich meal. Chips and burger were both cold. Not even lukewarm. Worst McDonalds I have ever had!
Was served at drive through by female employee who kept going silent making me think there was a technical glitch, so when i said hello i was responded with a snide tone and attitude by this employee and was told gee me a second i asked her just to let me know she could hear me and she told me she was not serving me! i infact have a hearing impairment and wear hearing aids so i spoke to who i assume was the assistant manager who apoligised on her behalf, i asked her to apologise and that was also refused. i have complained on behalf of myself but iam complaining to a more senior position because i dont want any other members of the community with or without disabilities to be treated this way by immature cheeky staff.
