Feedback gevenThere was a helpful young man at the store that day very nice and had a great experience with him, his co worker tho who seemed to be his superior came in later and was not helpful at all. Couldn't log into the app to obtain my coupons and was not able to get assistance so paid full price for 2 sandwiches. Would be good if they had there coupons codes to scan at the store and maybe she could have been more helpful instead of snarky and a little dismissive.
The man who was at the counter was rude and clearly didn't want to be there. Didn't acknowledge us and when he did you could tell he didn't want to be there. If I wasn't in a rus I would have gone somewhere else. The younger emp was at least pleasant.
When I go in person and order it’s great. The only issue I have is when it comes to online ordering. I’ve ordered here like 5 times and they have NEVER made my sandwich correctly. I ask for some super simple buffalo chicken sub with American cheese (and that’s it), and then I get this sub with 4 tiny pieces of chicken and a million veggies that nobody likes. It’s like they want to get rid of veggies so they don’t expire, so they just toss as many in with the online orders as they can.
Horrible service! Made a online order 1 hour 30 mins in advance, and it took them a half hour after I got there for them to make it. They also made some one else's new online order in front of me while I was waiting. Don't go here.
Do NOT order online at this store (or any Subway for that matter. This was the second time in a year that I’ve ordered online, gotten a charge on my card, the email confirmation for the order, and double checked that it was the right store, and told “we never received an order.”Clearly there’s a major issue with Subway’s mobile app, and the company is all too happy to take your money without you what you paid for.
