This is the 1000th kosher pizza shop that 's opened up that wontbe here next year. The woman who works the register is cool, there 's some little girl who 's always there that 's cool, and the guy who makes the pizzas during the week is solid but the rest of this crew is a joke. Some dude, maybe 40-ish, behind the counter trying to upsell homeless people who came in to buy a few garlic rolls with slices and sodas they don 't want. Lame. Joking about how they cost him money, lame. Some dude with a massive (yet beautiful) German shepherd, wearing fatigues while the shepherd wanders around without a leash and fatigues guy is talking to 40-ish guy about.beating someone 's a although to be honest he could 've been saying eating extra lame, also probably illegal to have the dog in there like that but whatever. Seems like the guy who owns this place wants everyone to know that he flies down from NY a few times a week to check on this place, which is hilarious, because their sign is some graffiti that someone sprayed over someone else 's graffiti from years prior. Not much to look at. They also, recently, and probably unknowingly to them, committed the one single mistake that causes kosher food places in this neighborhood to disappear no matter how good... Or blah they are, They tried to drum up business by undercutting the established kosher places nearby, and then after a few months raising the prices all hush hush. I know, I know, they want you to, believe some nonsense like the cost of kosher cheese has gone up (actually down by 13% for the year overall) and they HAD to raise the price but truthfully its the same BS as a million other kosher places before it, obvs owned and/or run by someone not from the neighborhood and usually owned and/or run by some random from Brooklyn/Queens lookin to make a quick buck. There 's like four more of these pizza places, all with their own twist (NY/Israeli/Yemeni) that won 't be here in six months When they had the $15 monday/Tuesday deal the pizza was pretty good. My understanding is the pizza on Saturday nights and sunday is not the same as weekdays although I havent had it, so I won 't be speaking on it. This would have been a 4/5 star review if this place didn 't have such a shady vibe. I had high hopes for this place unfortunately they 've proven with the iffy clientele and the shortsighted early week deals disappearing that they are just one in a looong looong line of fly by night kosher spots that I won 't even remember existed a few years from now. Disappointed because they could 've been something cool... Oh well.
I gave it four stars because I didn't get to eat there yet. I'm an Uber driver and went to pick up an order. the display they had of the food that was prepared was absolutely beautiful it smelled awesome the people were nice. I am very much looking forward to going back there and trying some of their Pizza.
Delicious pizza. But long waiting times. And on Saturday night low availability if you just wanted one slice. The pizza may resemble NY in taste but the service is way below par. There is no reason a pizza store can't sell you a slice of pizza anytime...except this is Florida and not Brooklyn where we have been used to getting what we want and when we want it. Like instantly!
I simply wanted to order four slices and fries.Cashier says sorry only pies so I said no problem pie is fine then. He says it's an hour wait I said sure no problem. An hour and 45 minutes later and im still waiting. The guy with a cap benny it's hooking up all his boys who come with maybe 10 to 20 waitingJudds It's actually trying he's best with the uber orders. After two hours i asked for a refund I left with nothingWeekly customer but no more!!! if I could get zero stars I would
The food taste so nasty oily. my whole slice was falling apart and the cheese was dripping of my slice. i don’t recommend going at all. the owner was so disgusting to his workers and making me feel stupid when i told him that the cheese is falling off my pizza.
