Red Lobster - North Miami

I am so disappointed and felt like my money and my time was not valuable at this Red Hummer site. I never come to this place again. And the manager David Hoo was so unthinkable as I and my party explain to him. I'm asking my waiter for my bill to go to containers and water. And I waited for over 45 minutes and still didn't get the articles I wanted. I even ask a waiter twice after we sat there for 45 minutes to help me, he said that your waiter still brought the bill or the items you ask. I told him no. He said he'd get me a manager. To get the manager has not even made things better all managers, what his name is David Hoo was made unprofessional excuses for the waiter. My party felt like the waiter basically ignored us. People who had settled after us got their bill and everything they demand and left. And we're still sitting there watching her ignore our table. She even ordered someone. She could have just finished with my table. What we need was very simple. And has not yet been recognized or the services needed. How long does it take to give me my bill, container and water. Next time Mr. David Hoo, if a customer has a complaint has not unprofessional excuses for the waiter. How would you feel if you were. Please treat your customers and respect their concerns, as these are worth the time that they come in Red Lobster and spend their money.

I have to say that this was the worst meal I've had for a long time. The utensils are plastic, so this culinary experience is already bad, and the place looks obsolete and dark. I remember when I live to go to Red Lobster for food, but all they wanted was bread. The salad was moderate, not like before full color with red onion slices and small tomatoes, this looked pulled out of a package. The appetizer was the filled mushrooms, which was all right, nothing I would repeat. The meal the bay of Scallops were terrible, and this use to my favorite, why did they have to approve the court! In addition to ordering the Admiral Fest, first the potatoes were blurred and tasteless, the Ordo rice was over boiled and hard, the fried fish was fat and I wonder if the oil was old. I myself and my party came out of this place and felt sick. The whole meal was a waste of money and that has upset me that this use to be a great place, now it is like a lunchroom with overpriced frozen foods.

Usually the food is excellent. This time it wasn't the best I had. The shrimp Alfredo was very upset. The restaurant had a bad smell when rainwater was dried in it. It wasn't pleasant at all.

I know, but I think the cook had a heavy hand because my pasta drowns in sauce, but it was good tho.

First time hearing forever and now I remember why. The waitress was very sweet no complaints there but the lunch special took forever and the quality of the food we received after an excessive wait wasn't even close to worth it.
