They?re rude and can barely even make water right. My friend got a simply chai and it came out as white as a ceramic plate and had to go ask for one more pump. The lady was grumpy and gave her 5 pumps of chai which is like straight high blood pressure

The kid at the register was very polite and professional. Very hard working. He was left by several other employees having a talk session in thd back. To wait on myself and 2 others, but he handled it, did an awesome job getting our items to us in atimely manner. Great job to him.

Unfortunately I've had to order from this location for the past 2 years since its close to my work and I swear 9 /10 times they mess up my order. I recently started using the mobile app to order since its hard to misread things but apparently it's stilldifficult for them. This is the only location I've had consistent issues with. So if you have the option to order elsewhere I'ddo that. There's a bigby coffee not too far that has good coffee.

They were out of spoons. And out of ice cream that I wanted. They need to be supplied better. I am gluten free. I told her that and she gave me this nasty look. The staff needs to be nicer. And not so stand offish. They were out of spoons I asked for onecause I dropped it on the floor. She just stood there and laughed at me. My gramapa made a joke and they just stood there gavehim this nasty look i almost said something. Very rude staff.

Very disappointed! I ordered 2 orders of the bacon cheddar omelet bites. When I got to work, I opened the bag and it was the spinach omelet bites. So I go back later to get it fixed and when I opened the bag this time there was only one order in there.And they weren't busy. So disappointing.
