Hungry Howie's Pizza Subs - North Port

I was disappointed . I have had Hungry Howie's before (Golden Gate) and it became a regular part of my diet . I ordered a sub and what I got was a calzone . I asked about it and the young man at the counter said, that is their sub, what I ordered. Imagine if you went ANYWHERE and ordered an Italian Sub (what I ordered) waited........ Then handed you a calzone? Really?!? Then why even call it a sub. Isn't that misleading??????????? I will not be going there again

I order hungry howies quite frequently and I order a pizza with butter garlic crust every time, unfortunately I would say that out of 5 times I order it it only has butter garlic once. They often forget it and for having to pay 4$ for bacon they give you a poor amount. Great food but they barely ever get it right. Was originally 2 stars, but when I called to let them know that my order was wrong they told me they weren’t going to do anything about it and to “refer to my dasher.” The dasher wasn’t the one who made the food, no reason that should’ve been the answer.

Take out. The food was hot, and the pizza was great. Subs are full of meat

Pizza subs for less than 10 bucks are a great deal if hungry and in a hurry... pretty sure they are a food group.

Ordered online. Should 've taken 20 mins. Instead, it took an hour. When I went to pick up my order, there was a person pacing angrily in the corner of the store, and about 10 people angrily waiting for their food. I get it. People call in. It 's life, it happens. However, judging by other reviews here, this was NOT a one-off situation. It 's a habit at this location. Also, my cheese bread was burned. If I could give negative stars, I would. Avoid at all costs. There is a Domino 's next door. Just save yourself the heartache and go there instead.
