Feedback gevenThe drive-thru at most fast food restaurants seems to take forever, so I decided to go inside to order my takeout. After waiting for over 10 minutes, I finally received my food. The food was hot and the taste was decent, but I couldn't help but wonder what had happened to fast food efficiency.
The cashier was an older employee who efficiently managed the busy lunch rush. He also took on a leadership role by delivering orders to diners at their tables.
I visited this restaurant at 2 o'clock in the morning and was disappointed by the behavior of the manager. She spent a long time talking to a man and gave him food without seeing him pay. The man then drove recklessly to beat me to the drive-thru, giving me dirty looks the whole time. I believe this woman should not be a manager with this kind of behavior towards customers. When I called to complain, she was rude and made me feel guilty for reporting the incident. Additionally, my sandwich looked smashed. I recommend avoiding this restaurant at 2 am if you are seeking peace. I would like to speak to a different manager who will address my concerns.
Had the Whataburger today. It was delicious and hit the spot. The fries were fresh and hot. The service was great.
Hadn't gotten Whataburger in a while, figured I'd give it a try again. Food was bad, everything was very dry like it was old and not made fresh. Bread was flat and stale. Got a spicy chicken sandwich meal, bacon burger meal and a cinnamon roll. Couldn'tfinish anything and they didn't give any spicy ketchup as requested
