We ended up waiting in line only to find out at the window that they did not accept the family coupon. This experience left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. As a result, we decided to take our business to Burger King in Avon where we were able to use the voucher. The service at the Burger King in North Ridgeville was not much better. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience and will not be returning to this restaurant.
I am only giving this restaurant 2 stars because of the friendly young man who took my payment and the fact that my waffles were served hot. However, the person who gave me my food seemed disinterested and did not say much, not to mention they were not wearing a uniform. It is important to respect the staff and perhaps speak to a manager who can better manage their team.
I recently had a disappointing experience at a restaurant. We ordered medium-sized meals but received small drinks. The cashier was rude and seemed more interested in their phone than helping us. After closing the window, they ignored us and walked away, preventing us from addressing the issue with our drinks. The cheeseburger I ordered had no cheese and the taste was off. On a previous visit, I had to wait 20 minutes in line behind a car before being able to place my order. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were not able to provide good service.
Absolutely the worst management. was hanged twice because nick the manager is not qualified to do his job. waited 20 minutes in the line and another 18 minutes because they forget to make my order. the problem lies with the owners who are among qualified non-maintenance managers with little to no management skills. dropping from $38 and then was cheated from my big fry and big wobble ring. it was said he hung me up.
