Feedback gevenDidn’t take my order when i was in life before close
This used to be a favorite place to go for icecream, not so much anymore. Inside service is much like a 3 ring circus! #1 I stood for 15 minutes before being acknowledged, mostly due to a young man holding an icecream cake which was rapidly melting. When I placed my order, a Blizzard and a Sundae, to go, not ONLY was it expensive and thin , it was wrong. Quite obviously, we have new owners, who do not believe in customer satisfaction, or pride in the workplace. I doubt I 'll be returning anytime soon. Added to this, the lines to the drivethru ' were backed up right around the building. It wasn 't due to the lack of staff, they were falling over each other, mostly deep in conversation. May I be so bold as to ask what happened to the previous, well organized and attentive people that were there?I 've just noticed that even though I gave DQ a ONE star review, they have posted FIVE! Now I 'm even more discontent.
My wife’s jam this location was filthy (dirty tables, floor and entry door)and they seemed ok with it as staff were more interested in talking than working but I guess that’s how it is.
Very polite and friendly crew. Always love the grill food and obviously the dairy products.
After I went to DQ with my friends i had an awesome time in the outdoor seating.The blizzard was through the roof and the worker even did the flip which was really funny and cool at the same time.The blizzard in general was so good it knocked my socks off.The vanilla ice cream was better than ever and after all that the food could freeze well at my house.When you walk in you are also greeted with the cake freezer and the decor was pretty and had a nice vibe.With the free wifi i would love to hop on and wirk in a booth eating a salad.I definitely recommend
