Mcdonald's - North Tonawanda

The food and coffee at this restaurant were excellent, however, the printer at the Drive-Thru is not working properly, making it impossible to take the survey for a free sandwich. Despite this issue, the staff did not want to cause any inconvenience and kept the line moving. I had mentioned this problem a few months ago and was told that they were waiting for parts to fix it.

The host and waiter were both excellent and very friendly. The family-friendly food was reasonably priced and delicious. The atmosphere was great!

This restaurant was okay. A mishap occurred during our meal - while I was eating a fish sandwich, my friend found something black and hard in their food. Despite not knowing exactly what it was, we brought it to the manager's attention. They promptly apologized, refunded our entire order, and made us new dishes. It's important to thoroughly check all aspects of the cooking process. Despite the mishap, the focus of this review is more on the response from the manager.
