Perfect Chinese Takeaway

We have ordered from this takeout restaurant several times and the food is consistently excellent. The delivery is fast and the staff is friendly. Our favorite dishes are the House Special Curry, Beef Chow Mein, and the chili and garlic ribs. We also tried the Singapore rice, which was delicious.

We ordered our meal at 6:08 pm and it arrived about an hour later. Unfortunately, the chips were overcooked and tasted old, which ruined the entire meal for both my husband and me.

We placed our order at 5:45pm and were informed that there would be a wait of an hour and 15 minutes, which was understandable for a busy Saturday night. However, an hour and a half later, our food still had not arrived. After waiting a few extra minutes, we called the takeaway and the driver finally showed up, took payment, and left. When we went to plate up, we realized that two dishes were missing. Despite trying to contact the takeaway multiple times, there was no response. Frustrated, we decided to drive 3 miles to the takeaway, only to be accused of lying when we arrived. The staff began speaking in Chinese, making it difficult for us to understand and defend ourselves. This experience was rude and unprofessional. Not only did we not receive our complete order after nearly two hours of waiting, but it seemed that other customers were experiencing similar issues. We will never return to this establishment and would recommend Harmony Chinese in North Shields for better service. Despite eventually receiving the missing dishes, the rest of the food had gone cold and overall, the meal was disappointing. Thank you, but no thank you, 'Perfect'.

Fantastic food with delivery available. The food is fresh and piping hot. Nothing is too much trouble and staff are wonderful

Me and my sister ordered chips, curry sauce, noodles, rice and prawn crackers all for just £9.80! Staff were very friendly and only took 10 minutes.
