The chocolate croissant was not fresh! And it takes a lot just for an Americano.

This review is for the lower level Tim’s in the hospital. Timbits were just put down and were hard as rocks. The worker spilled some milk on the lid of my icecap and put it in the sink and ran water over it to take it off! My icecap was all watery because of that! My bagel was also slathered with butter. Not impressed.

The self service screens sold me diet coke and when I went to get it, they said they don't have it. They also said they can't give my money back. That was messed up. If you don't have all the products on the screen, disable the screen or be prepared to give refunds.The good people went above and beyond and got a diet coke from the subway downstairs.I think it is messed up that they had to do that because management don't let them do refunds.

Used the app to order a carafe of coffee when i parked my car. Still had to wait over 10 minutes for my coffee.Tim hortons' Staff did not even start my order until i arrived. That is not cool. The nursing staff the hardest working people in the hospital) was not amused when i was late 15 minutes with their mornings coffee.Go to starbuck if you want service.

If you are in a rush maybe try another location. They are kind here but the wait times are quite slow even if there are only a few people
