Feedback gevenTaco prices are reasonable. Prices are some worth okay but much better with coupons. I prefer their chickens despite being smaller than popyees. Their chickens are properly cooked within. Refills are quite convenient. Their BBQ sauce is marvelous. The staff just need to do a bit better with keeping the environment cleaner. Visited last night 30-09-2023, the environment was much cleaner. I was very impressed to the point that ? ? ? I sat and ate.
I ordered KFC for the first time at this outlet and the service was excellent. Anchal, a staff member who served me was understanding and polite. She helped me select and customize a vegetarian option. This was really great since there are limited vegetarian options on the menu. Highly recommend her. I also noted, the team comprised of hardworking women trying to do their best to serve customers. I understand, customers might be in a hurry but the staff are doing their best to help. Perhaps, being kinder to those helping at a fast food chain in a highly competitive market is the least we can do.Vegetarian options: Limited menu but the staff helped their best to customize.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with KFC. I wanted to try it and decided to order from their application (Because of their first order free bucket promotion on their mobile app), I decided to give it a shot. I placed my order at approximately 8:57 PM, and the estimated delivery time was 9:36 PM. Little did I know that this would turn into a frustrating ordeal.As the minutes went by, I waited and waited for my order to arrive. However, Around 10:00 PM rolled and my meal was nowhere in sight, I decided to give their customer service a call. To my shock, I learned that they hadn't even started preparing my order. I thought perhaps there had been an oversight with the app, so I patiently waited a bit longer, hoping for the best.By around 11:00 PM, I couldn't wait any longer and made another call. This time, I was informed that the delivery person had already left. I waited more and more and my patience was wearing thin, so I made several more calls (to the restaurant) (around 11:30), but each one went unanswered. At around 12:00 AM, I decided to request a refund (by calling customer care).Dealing with the restaurant staff over the phone was an exercise in frustration. The person on the other end was rude, and they eventually stopped picking up altogether. After a series of back-and-forths with customer care, I had no choice but to visit the restaurant in person (keep in mind that I initially ordered online) to secure my refund. To add insult to injury, the promotion has disappeared as well.My evening was ruined, and a significant amount of time was wasted the following day visiting the restaurant. In light of this experience, I strongly advise against ordering from this location.It was a deeply unsatisfying and inconvenient ordeal that I would not recommend to anyone.
These guys really served me stale fries and cold popcorn chicken through drive thru. These employees need to be fired and new ones that actually care about giving ppl edible food they spend their hard earned money on. Horrible and worst KFC/Taco Bell I’ve ever been too.
This particular KFC location is one of the worst I have ever been to. The food tastes stale, like it's been sitting for days or even weeks.
