El Pollo Loco - Northridge

On what planet is this a premium taco. I get its Cinco de mayo and they were swamped today but this is crazy how it's thrown together, the shrimp is small, dried up, shriveled up, barely any sauce, soooooo much cabbage. More cabbage than anything. This taco is worth 75 cent at best. Totally not worth 2.50. Maybe things are better when there's no promotions going on and no holiday. I ordered online. I wish I hadn't so I could get my money back. They definitely got me today.

I want to express my frustration with the staff member who was working on August 29th between 8:00 and 8:30. When I arrived to pick up my food, I had to yell at him to hand it over to me right away. This experience was truly disappointing.

Today, I ordered the nachos, and I was disappointed to find that the portion was much smaller than the picture in the menu suggested. You could easily count the nachos on the plate!

I paid extra for a double pollo bowl, only to receive the same amount of chicken as in the regular bowl. It used to come with two pieces of chicken, but now there's just one along with some whole corn. It's really disappointing. I spent almost $9 on it, and it definitely wasn't worth it. Pollo Loco has really lost its appeal and isn't as good as it used to be. I won't be going back for a long time.
