Zoup! - Northville Township

Ordered online at 2:25 today (Sunday) directly from their website. Arrived and the restaurant was closed. Double checked Google maps; also says open.

Literally garbage No updated menu Couldn't test anything Straight trash

Walked in to order some soup with bread bowls and mind you, they close at 8pm. Asked if we could order some food and the girl working at the counter gave me an attitude when walking in. Asked if I could do bread bowls with the soup that we were going to order, and stated “ we technically don’t do bread bowls anymore due to us changing the whole menu.” Stated never mind and walked out. The guy working with her was super nice and was willing to serve me the food I was wanting to order. Left a very sour taste in my mouth for any Zoup around. Hopefully they can learn how to be more friendly when a cx is trying to give you business.

Needed some nourishing chicken noodle soup for my cold and ended up with 2 xl containers of soup and 2 sandwiches for my husband and me. Excellent service and super delicious food. Just what the doctor ordered!

I ordered a delivery order for a grilled cheese sandwich and 2 bowls of lobster bisque with a side of French bread for each bowl. I paid extra to add avocado to the grilled cheese sandwich. When my order arrived, the sandwich was cold and did not have avocado. I also was missing one of the sides of French bread. I called the restaurant to report the issues 2 times and left 2 voicemails on two separate days. I called for a third time the following week, and the employee gave the phone to the manager. After going over what the issues were with my order, and how I had left 2 voicemails about this already, the manager said that she does not have access to the voicemail for their main number. She said I could come in and get a new bowl of soup, but I requested a refund instead. She offered to refund ONLY the missing side of French bread and avocado, totaling less than $3! My order was almost $40 including a tip for the delivery driver. We have plenty of food options to choose from here in Plymouth and Northville, so keep this in mind the next time you're choosing where to eat or order from; I know I will.
