Kabob Co - NORTHVILLE

Wow! Came for lunch today and was really impressed. I have the lamb-shawarma and my wife got chicken-shawarma for every Mediterranean area we go. To be honest, that's the best shawarm I've ever had. First, while most places could season or season their beef/rags a little different from their chicken, Kabob Co. does so completely, and both have completely separate taste profiles beyond the meat used. I'm not sure if this recipe comes from the owner or chef, but this person knows food. Second, the meat was incredibly tender. Also good places tend to have some pieces of Shawarma, which is a little dry at the edges. Not here, friend... this stuff is juicy and delicate every bite. Usually we get rice, but both of us are on a keto diet and went with roasted vegetables (basch fajita veg, added with carrots) and a side salad. I can say that the roasted veg was great, and I have no doubt that the rice is stellar. My only regret is that this is close to me and not my home. I'm sure we're back, and I recommend checking them out.

If you first go into you are welcomed by the most amazing staff around. The food is amazing and they have the best customer service. I've been there a few times and I'll be back.

Large cabobs, grilled vegetables and hummus are dying. Very recommended with vegan and vegetarian options.

I LOVE this place! Great mediterranean food is hard to come by, but Kabob Co hits the nail on the head every time. Friendly service, clean, convenient and the best shawarma and fattoush in Metro Detroit hands down!! Definitely my new go to and highly recommended.
