A great place for business. Nice office spaces for lease.
Yes! I am a fan. I was disappointed to see any negative reviews, but maybe it was just a tough start. I have been here at Miranda 's 3 times in the last month. I am here watching my 10 year old play baseball downstairs. I was so happy to find this Indoor Bistro after watching baseball for three hours. MY first order was a simple bacon egg and cheese on a roll! THis was the first sign I had found someplace danged good! The sandwich was a double egg, 'cuz that 's what David makes! It 's a big bountiful b 'fast treasure. One of the best I 've had anywhere. My second visit was after lunch, and even though they had run low of certain food, I just asked Dave what he could make, so he went to work. Rice and beans, with the biggest, tenderest slab of pork...oh man, was I in Heaven! Two great surprises! Today, was only my 3rd time here. Iwas after 2:30 and I asked Dave and Lucy to just make me something good! I 'm not that fussy when I am confident they know what they are doing! Lucy brought me a very big plate, with a bowl of baked beans, cooked brown rice, potatoes, and so many steak tips in gravy, and Dave 's soon to be famous salsa verde which he makes on the premise from scratch! A great meal, which I had no business trying to finish it all, but I did, with a glass of fresh squeezed passion fruit! It 's now 7:45PM and I am still full, but looking forward to tomorrow back for more=Hank 's Yanks baseball practice, and I will be upstairs, watching the storm and sports news on the monitor, and enjoying something else! I trust the Miranda 's with my meals, you should too. The only issue I have is, they may get too popular and overcrowded!
Disappointed. I got the beef stew, it was clearly from a can (Campbell 's). It had Bird 's Eye type vegetables with microscopic meat pieces, maybe 7 balls the size of a dime. No self respecting Puerto Rican would ever serve that and call it a beef stew. I heard the microwave running several times, and kept denying he was warming up my food in it. But after I opened up the container, their was no doubt he did. I also asked for rice on the side, which is normal for a Spanish place to serve. The rice was old, also microwaved, and it had the texture of Chinese rice. As if they just used the rice from their takeout the day prior. It 's a shame too, the guy was friendly, and I was excited when I saw the big Puerto Rican flag sign outside. I thought maybe this could be a regular place to visit, but I wouldn 't go here again. Those offenses are enough to make me not want to try the rest of their microwaved food.
Best commercial building ever!
