Feedback gevenWORST service ever in my life! I don’t recommend this restaurant at all. I complained about the food with the woman who was serving, because was very spicy, I didn’t order spicy, I can’t eat spicy! besides, chicken was so slobbery and thin. And so small portions… She changed the plate but still was very spicy and she was refusing me like if she was the one tasting the food and not her costumer. Of course I didn’t eat the food but she still charged. It was very rude and complete opposite about costumer service, (The pilar of a restaurant) she even didn’t apologize, when I talked to her respectfully, to take out that plate of the bill, and because we weren’t satisfied with the service, she just didn’t care at all and she said directly to our faces, she doesn’t care. She doesn’t know at all how to treat humans, I have been working for costumer service and and experienced this had me shocked! Never ever going back there. No good food, worst service in Connecticut!
I went to this place today and I was disappointed. The rice was undercooked. The lady that took our order did not tell us we would have to pay an additional $7 if we add noodles to our hibachi order. She basically force us to add the noodles. It was a party of 3 adults and 2 babies she said there is a 18% gratuity charge which is add because it’s a party of 5. I didn’t know restaurants charge for babies. We had 3 hibachi dinner ended up paying $180.

Ordered take out at lunch. It said ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived and and to wait an additional 30 minutes. Not one patron inside. I ordered two items. Both were wrong. Can't be late and give out food that wasn't ordered. Will never go back.
Their new sushi chef is amazing! Also, the bartender made good recommendations on drinks and was very social. Highly recommend!
