Dunkin' - Norwalk

They say they are open. but they are not around 530 o'clock

Tables weren't clean and it was freezing inside! Guess it keeps the people moving!!

Got there half hour before closing, I was told they did not have coffee and i was offered something different. Dunkin, No coffee? W T F?

I honestly think the employees are not well trained in customer service, ESPECIALLY for a coffee shop, let alone a dunkin. Every morning Monday thru Friday I come here, and there’s a delay picking up my order that’s placed 15-20 minutes ahead of time. And today was the pinnacle, lost ticket other people picking up my bag of food, me having no clue that it’s even mine because the receipts are just thrown on the counter in view of the employees only, and the person who I addressed about my missing coffee was very rude, and out of spite put not ice in my large ice coffee. I was not rude either.
