Bar set in a diverse collection of shops with museum. Bonkers and Brilliant at the same time.

Great bar and seating and fun service to have a chill time.

Met a friend for lunch at Hops café today. Lovely relaxed and natural atmosphere. Non of the pretentious vibe that you sometimes get at certain cafés. We both had jacket potato which was, thankfully, a proper baked in the oven potato and not cooked in a microwave. The fillings were a generous portions.

Sat in the sofas by the window and enjoyed a couple of nice ales and some tasty cake. The staff are friendly and the service was good.

We have a coffee and a seat, as we were early for our train. was here for the afternoon tee at numerous earlier locations. the decor is great and the sofas are also beautiful and squishy. coffee was really good worth £2,50 for a big cup we ordered on the switch and were then bought over us. it's a great place.
