Have you tried robatayaki before? I went to @nanteinottingham for a dinner and won a Gyoza pen in their ‘EAT GYOZA WIN’ promotion
Great little place. short menu, but all well done. I had the bark tongue and chicken leg, with a delicious mistsuppet and a very tasty agadiashi tofu. they have a fridge full of sakes for quite any taste, ask them if they want to choose help.
This is our regular place to eat when in nottingham. Traditional, tasty Japanese eating with incredibly friendly, chatting staff. I especially recommend the strawberry sauce as well as the garnel and chicken skin yakitori. also it is always good to ask for the menu items like the chicken liver, as they always have interesting things in the refrigerator that cook them with precision and skill. everything was perfectly cooked, I can't mistake this place and I'm excited to come back soon!
This is a lovely authentic Japanese restaurant. The food we ordered was delicious and was good sized portions. The staff were very nice and friendly and were very accommodating to my vegetarian friend who was dining with me. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing and no small amount of charm, leaving us with a very memorable experience.
