Feedback gevenAfter seven years of loyalty, I am disappointed to report that the quality of this restaurant has significantly declined. The most concerning issue was finding a small bone piece in the paneer gravy. As a vegetarian, this was both upsetting and unacceptable. I will not be returning.
I recently ordered butter chicken from PNC Factory in Tampa based on the cashier's recommendation, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. Food Quality: The butter chicken I received was unexpectedly sour in taste, which was a stark contrast to what I was expecting. The flavors were off, lacking the richness and balance that defines good butter chicken. It's disheartening when a signature dish fails to meet even basic expectations of taste and quality. Packaging and Presentation: I opted for takeout, and the packaging was another letdown. The naans were placed directly in a paper bag without any protective layer, resulting in soggy and unappetizing bread. Moreover, there were no paper towels or utensils provided for the takeaway order, which shows a lack of attention to detail and customer convenience. Service and Experience: The overall experience was marred by the poor quality of food and inadequate service. It seems the standards have significantly dropped compared to what they might have been in the past. This inconsistency is concerning, especially for a restaurant that seems to have garnered some hype in the local scene.
The attitude of some employees isn't great, and the food isn't that good either. The rotis are frozen, and the chicken biryani is dry. The only decent food is the chaat and pastries. I would prefer any other Indian restaurant or even my own bought frozen food over this place. Customer service could be improved significantly.
We had to wait way too long than usual to get our food. Horrible service.
