The Paleta Rio Rancho - Nowatney

I saw The Paleta Bar on TikTok and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad that I did. We had two half dipped paletas. One was taro with white chocolate and fruity pebbles. I can't remember what the other one was but it had a caramel center, dark chocolate, and coconut with pineapple. They were both smooth, creamy, delicious, and perfect for a hot Florida day. We also tried a small fruit cup (mangos, cucumbers, and strawberries). The fruit was nice and fresh and layeredperfectly with chamoy, lime, and tajin. This is a small elote. Like everything else it was delicious and didn't lack anything. Lastly we tried the pineapple orange agua fresca. It was refreshing and not to sweet or overpowering. You shoulddefinitely check it out and ask for their favorite if your overwhelmed with the possibilities.

Great place to go for a refreshing treat! We were greeted by the nicest staff, this alone makes us want to come back for the welcoming environment! We enjoyed a strawberry bar with white chocolate and fruity pebbles reminded us of our childhood and was delicious! We finished it off by really refreshing watermelon agua Fresca and horchata. If you want a dessert spot that won?t make you feel heavy and weighed down definitely try this place!

We really enjoyed this ice-cream bar so many options, fairly priced would highly recommend.
