Visited Ellenton location yesterday…Bartender Lacey couldn’t have been cooler or more welcoming to Me and my Buddy…And then the food ! No BS, the chopped steak (wrap) had me wondering if they could make a cheesesteak on request ! Excellent! The atmosphere was awesome and I think I’ll take in some NFL games here…Thank You Winghouse for those ice cold Cigar City beers , great food… And Lacey was the perfect host ! Amazing Lady and maybe the best eyes in the whole County! WOW

I recommend winghouse for wings and drinks but I would never ever buy the rack of ribs again they are the worst. They used to serve Smithfield baby back ribs and then new owners change the food suppliers from Cisco to US foods. You have to cut the meat off the bone they are dry have little meat on them I don't even think are USDA graded and I would never buy the ribs here ever again.

My first (and possibly last) visit to this place ! Girls look nothing like what you see in the ads, they totally F-ed up my wing order, food and drinks overpriced, short staffed. Very disappointing.

My husband and I went to the Winghouse in Largo both times left frustrated the service is terrible they move slowly. The first time we went there my husband ordered a bucket they said that they had to restock the Budweiser. we got our dinners I got my drink we finished our food and they still didn't restock the Budweiser he complained than they restocked it he only drank 2 of them we were done eating by than. the second time we sat at a table took about 15 minutes for a server to come to our table my husband ordered a bucket I ordered a seltzer she said they don't have seltzer I knew they did I had one the time before so she asked the bartender she said they did walked away never giving us our drinks went to the cash register never came back we sat for another 15 minutes than just left. I do not recommend this wing house. They need to hire employees that want to work and are competent the only expectation shouldn't be you need to be cute you also need to be a good employee.

This review pertains to the Wing House at 5510 Post Oak Blvd in Tampa, Florida. I have tried two other locations with poor experiences, but this was the worst. I walked into the restaurant and saw the sign asking to “Wait to be seated”, so I waited. A waitress walked by while on her cell phone. Two others looked my way but no one came over. Realizing I was on my own, I seated myself. The restaurant was not crowded at all. I soon learned why. The waitress working the next table over asked me twice if anyone had helped me, before my waitress finally came over. I have had bad waitresses before, but this one was so disinterested in any kind of friendly service. When I asked for salt and mustard, she gave me mustard and Ketchup even though I already had one on my table. Not her fault, but the food arrived barely warm. I was so tempted to left a 5 cent tip. That would have been too generous. Let’s just say I will never return to this restaurant. The manager has a lot of work to do here.
