This young chef does not disappoint, prepares fish dishes that always surprise. The recommended appetizer tris, very good. The truffle risotto and prawns really deserve to be tasted, perfect the balance of the dish, the properly dosed truffle does not cover the shrimp, impeccable cooking. Rombo with caramelized onions and raisins a combination of flavors decidedly successful. Excellent food quality as well as presentation of dishes.
