Bridges And Grille - Oacoma

We visited this restaurant during our week-long stay, and unfortunately, our experience was not great. The staff did not seem friendly and appeared to be tired of dealing with tourists. We were not allowed to bring food or drinks to the tiki patio, and we had to clean our own table and chairs. There was no service; we had to go inside to get everything ourselves. Overall, the atmosphere lacked energy, and the greeting we received was very underwhelming, which reflects poor management.

My wife and I dined at this restaurant last year and were not impressed. However, since the resort is nice and the restaurant is convenient, we decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, we still didn't enjoy our experience. The service was terrible, and the food was equally disappointing.

The staff and management are unprofessional and quite impolite.

The food is fantastic, and the staff are great—it was truly a wonderful experience!

Gave it 2 chances. The staff is sub par. The food is industrial grade conference center fair. Sad really, the location would support decent food and they should be able to find friendly helpful staff. Been there twice now, the first time and the last time.
