The Black Oak - Oak Lawn

Food was delicious had a South Side steak bomb sandwich meat was tender and juicy. Service was great the waitress funny and very friendly. Price point was very reasonable.

During happy hour they have $2 fish tacos. These are the best fish tacos I've ever had. They come topped with a slaw, guac, and salsa. Plus, they never smell or taste fishy.

The beer is ice cold, they have several tv's to enjoy sports. The food was good the fish tacos could have had more seasoning. I had the chicken pita it was outstanding. If you're in Oaklawn stop by and you will not be disappointed.

Had some great food and the beer was nice and Cold,it reminded me of a good old fashioned neighbor hood tavern
