Kfc - Oak Ridge

Went to several KFC's at different times, twice at 2 different stores at different times they were cash only and could not make change so you needed exact amount or you were giving them the change. Several times they wanted us to wait a 1/2 hour or morefor our meal other times they didn't have breasts only legs and thighs. It's not looking good for KFC in my area

Ordered four whole wings..extra crispy. Cashier said "I.ll check. Sold me wings. Got original. Word to the wise. Stay at drive through until you check your order..they do not care.

Best kfc around! always fresh and hearty and their service is the second to none! kudos oak ridge kfc!

It was an interesting visit. I took out a mobility challenged family member to lunch at 15 o'clock the young lady in the cash was very friendly and patient as I tried to order and also put him safe. it was obvious that there was a change in the layer, so many people came and went and very squirrely. a man came in and said every good morning. a very loud person said for you. he said it again. good morning. and again, for you! the more they talked, the more they sounded like a group of batters. there was only one other individual in the time next to us, but their voices wore loud with all their conversation behind the counter and it was anything but professional and not family-friendly in any wise form or shape. the eating was good, the dining room was clean enough, but the atmosphere was definitiw missing and they need some leads, what in public means and how to act more professional.

Kfcs eating is sufficient with very reasonable trips, but the personal is sometimes known not to act professionally and can bulk orders very often. the interieur is clean with a good amount of space in the interior, and the menu is very diverse and convenient.
