Dunkin' - Oakland Park

Customer service has to be a little better... show the customer they are greeted and maybe smile more (through their mask) have conversation something.... still left a tip... Donuts was great, but the presentation of them nope... Some of my donuts lacked some frosting from him some looked like they were thrown together into the box or shelf.... the latest donut with a little kick LOVE IT (spicy but sweet) definitely try it

The coffee is like I like it. Breakfast Sandwich Big and Toasted I sdcc my favorite and great service.

Awful rude service by customer service rep named Khan right now. ordered a frozen chocolate drink I got something that melted and tasted like burned coffee with whipped cream at the top, ordered donuts and was about to put old Stale donuts, ordered cresants with butter and they were burned and as the pan of butter put in them to make it soft again. Contact us at this place

I go to Dunkin' every day, decided to try this one for a change. I would not recommend going here it's a gross Dunkin Donuts. I got a bagel and a donut, the bagel tasted really weird. Like a strange meaty flavor, it was really disgusting. (I ordered just a bagel with butter) and I got a boston kreme donut and there was barely any cream filling inside the donut, like a drop. The coffee was not very good either at this location. The employees weren't friendly as well. Nothing good to say about the whole interaction, avoid this place.

Fast. Customer service is courteous. Order of breakfast: medium cup of coffee l French vanilla w sugar cream, toasted croissant w bacon and ham was accurate. Hot and yummy both ?????
