East Side Mario's Oakville

Yikes, this is one of my worst experiences at a restaurant. We got seated quickly but our waitress was quite rude. She did not look like she wanted to be there. She would ask us for our order and then take off super quickly even though there was still more that we wanted. I had to track her down several times because we were out of drinks and she looked super upset and stormed off. We also got served drinks without ice so I was like warm pop which was gross. When I asked for a drink with ice, again she was annoyed. The food was also meh. It was clean and nice looking inside but the service and food wasn't good. Definitely wouldn't go again.

The service was really poor. Although we had a reservation they kept us waiting at the entrance and tried to take in people who arrived after us. No water was brought for a long while though we asked couple of times and finally went to the kitchen to get it. Incorrect soups were brougt which had to be changed. And our main course which was a pizza came in as the resyt of the table were asking for desert. We spent an unnecessary 2 hours with low quality food, terrible service and a totally disappointing experience. It used to be a nice stop for a quick eat with family, but probably this will be my last visit to the place.

Overall we had a very nice dining experience at the East Side Mario's in Oakville at Winston Churchill. The menu is a bit unclear as to which items included the all you can eat salad and garlic bread and the tea we ordered was not hot enough. Again, overall an enjoyable dinner out.

The food was excellent for a family restaurant. We had double bacon alfredo pasta (I asked for a little more sauce and got it immediately); veal sandwich and shrimp scampi; our server Cindy was so pleasant, anxious to please and checked in on us a couple of times...she 's definitely a keeper. Overall my friends and I had a very nice meal, in a pleasant atmosphere for a reasonable price. YES I would recommend East Side Mario 's Oakville location for a nice, reasonably priced meal.

At every East Side Mario’s you go to, 99% of the staff are gonna be teenagers. The service takes forever to get started but the food always smacks!! Had the all-you-can-eat pasta special and it was good but be warned as you cannot try a different dish without completely finishing the plate.
