Feedback gevenAbsolutely incredible store. Staff are all wonderful, drive thru is extremely efficient. I experienced an issue with a delivery as a driver this morning (01/11/2024) and the manager was beyond helpful. Thank you everyone working today, you're all-stars.
Couriers beware, always a long wait time here. They’ll prioritize the drive thru over everything, usually have people waiting inside.
I ordered a ham melt and it was just completely burnt. You would think when paying almost $7 for a sandwich they would quality check it beforehand.Not to mention it had so much mayo I could fill my own bottle up.Will not be returning to this location.Not to mention a few months back I went through the drive through and I ordered, drove up to the window and she said I did not order and I was talking to a robot. MEANWHILE my whole order was repeated back to me. She refused to take my order at the window until I just stayed put and she eventually did even though she was rude. Funny enough I have my dash cam that records audio and I reviewed it and clearly heard that I did order with a human ?
If you want to eat at this tim’s, honestly just make the extra 2 minute drive to the Head Office 2 blocks down. firstly, my bagel was not cut and so stale I could not eat it. secondly, the lady at drive thru refused to do 3 separate orders for us (when she’s fully capable of clicking the ‘next order’ button) and made our drinks incorrectly. then she had the audacity when we asked “which order is this one for?” to have an attitude and say, “i already told you which one it is”. it was unnecessary and shows how terrible the customer service is.i don’t know who trained or hired that lady but she needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. don’t work customer service if you’re miserable.
My mom and I went here with a mobile order. Going through the drive through, we were told that there was no more blueberry muffin. The lady had a really strong accent and the heavy rain outside made it really hard to understand what she was saying. As she listed the options impatiently, my mom, who isn’t really that good at English, asked her to list them again in which she responded rudely with “ I just told you!”. She then refused to repeat herself and as I, who was sitting in the passenger seat decided to speak up, she stopped me mid-sentence with “person in the driver speak, not the passenger.”Talk about bad costumer service. One of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered.
