Vito's Pizza Wings - Oakville

I decided to try this restaurant based on the great reviews my coworker gave for their pizza. I ordered a couple of pizzas and some wings. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, the pizza was good but the wings were still raw inside and pink. When I called to complain, the person on the phone said that it wasn't possible because he personally boxed them and accused me of lying. I was extremely disappointed with the response and would not return to this restaurant based on this experience.

We have ordered from Vito’s since before it was Vito’s. The last few times our order has steady declined tonight’s was the last attempt. Our order arrived cold, you forgot the sauces for the wings and the dipping sauces. The pizza was dry and hardly had any toppings or cheese. One of our pizzas was supposed to have double cheese nope. Cheese is only in a small circle in the middle and stops 3 inches from the crust. Sadly our time supporting Vito’s is over.

The thin pizza has a home made feel, which is always nice. Order took a little longer than committed on the phone, but not by too much. Served with a smile and given a complimentary ranch sauce. No real waiting area or dine-in unfortunately, so the wait inside can be tricky. The butter chicken pizza was poor value for money, but the #halal beef #halal pepperoni worth returning for.

Do not use their online ordering system, they do not track it. I ordered their pizza and no one knew about my order. They didn’t even try to make it right. Pizza is decent and good for a quick meal.Food: 4/5
