Whole Foods Market - Oakville

The coffee bar at this restaurant offers good quality products, but my customer service experience was inhumane due to their strict policy. I tried to order my usual smoothie over the phone from the parking lot for personal reasons, but they refused to make an exception and gave conflicting responses, always citing the policy. Other Whole Foods locations in Ontario have accommodated pick-up orders multiple times, building relationships with customers and increasing business, even with minority or non-native English speaking individuals.

The prices at this restaurant are lower compared to typical grocery stores, across all food departments, including fresh fruits and vegetables.

I have visited this restaurant several times, although it is not my regular grocery shopping spot. I always enjoy stopping by whenever I have the chance, as I love the idea of being able to try a variety of dishes from appetizers to desserts. The salad bar and prepared dishes offer a good range of options. I would recommend giving it a try if you haven't been there yet.

The smallest of the four I've visited, but has as much selection as the others. Bonus: they've kept more of their cashiers than the other stores. Not a fan of self-checkout.

Favourite grocery store. The hot bar food is delicious!! I really enjoyed the baked goods we purchased as well. Beautiful flower/plant section.
