Feedback gevenI personally don't like her eating. this day I ordered a new burger. this burger was not properly cooked. it was over and so hard I couldn't bite it. the management here really has to go home because the manager is really bad in the heart. I couldn't make her replace this evil burger and they spoke to me like a dog.
Order was good food was hot fresh cooked chicken fingers was good did not taste like greasy old oil french fries or crunchy had perfect amount of season that's the best one yet not found
It's a well run Zaxby's, they stay busy but keep things moving at a decent pace. Missing a star because the bathroom had no soap. Like the empty bottle had been removed from the automatic dispenser but had not been replaced.
This location gets worse every time. They make Mobil orders wait in line with regular orders which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I get when it’s super busy it’s hard, but even when they have the time workers not on register would rather joke around with each other then take 2 seconds to ask someone what the name on the order is. Our last visit the cashier was on something or having a bad day, because when we walked up to the register, she was so spaced out and looked right past us. We had to say something to get her attention, even though we were standing right in front of her, she could barley speak. I don’t judge what people do to get through work as long as they can function if that’s even the case here .. but she was definitely struggling.
Historically, I have not had any issues with this Zaxby’s. Service and quality has always been great. However, today this particular salad was served with room temperature, old lettuce. Some of the lettuce was slimy and mushy. This is a major health hazard and a great way to get sick. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until I made it back to work during my lunch break and didn’t have time to go back and have them re make it. This is the first time this has happened to me, so I’m not going to take them over the coals. But, the owner manager needs to know what happened and better manage quality.
