Very good selection of dishes; we enjoyed the tuna and the authentic fools. My friend, who spent 17 years in Italy, gave Tiramisu the thumbs. Yes, it is a bit more than some other places here, but the quality and service more than for them. Very recommended for a nice dinner.
We went Valentines for dinner without reservation. But the very personal owners sat us quickly. We were mixed with drinks and fresh bread and advised that the menu will be brought shortly. We then remembered that the menu changes every nint, so it was written on a large white board instead of printed menus. There were enough ways I'm sure someone could find a meal that's suitable. We chose the pork and the chicken in the sauce. Both came with potatoes cooked with sweet potatoes and veggies perfectly, still crispy. Both dishes had a unique, tasteful sauce. Delicious. Higher than most restaurants, but you will find the types of dishes nowhere else.
The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m. and as we were early, the owner recommended that we check their roof terrace and sea views. The great view and the ambience were a surprise and we enjoyed a drink there. Dinner was Jumbo garlic shrimp... at $350 or so pesos and tuna medals at $260 or so. Both were excellent and came with potatoes (not a usual choice here unfortunately) and perfectly made vegetables. The shrimps arrived with bowls I first fought with. The owner/hoss stopped giving me some hints to get the most out of my meal and I appreciated it so. That was so thoughtful of her. I also had the tomato soup at $60 pesos. There was a salad cup and three or for desserts in addition to the 4 or so ducks. I passed the Pecan Piee, but after I heard Rave reviews from my cousin after the fact, I do not regret to order it. Don't leave yourself in the same bond. The clientele seems to be regular and the restaurant funnel like I try to try different places. The atmosphere was relaxed, full of quiet and satisfied entertainment so beneficial for a nice dinner, and with table linen and candles that have a romantic atmosphere. In my opinion, prices are high compared to peer restaurants, but don't let this eat from here. The beautiful atmosphere, good food and wonderfully nourishing hosts and hosts are a special night out.
We first ate in Flor's 10 years ago. The food then now is amazing. The menu is ever changing depending on what is fresh that day at the market. Service excellent, owners staff are friendly go out of there way to make your...dinning experience pleasant. A bit off the beaten track but well whether the walk in the sand.
We had the pleasure to eat again in this wonderful establishment. Joanne and Paola are gone from home where each part of the family is. After Sundowner drinks under the Palapa there was still a delicious dinner. The menu is a table with usually six or...so choices of nets, plus soups, salads and desserts. Everything is the freshest and when an offer is gone, it is removed from the board. Among us we had Osso Buco, garlic shrimp and the VERY special (only on request) liver and onions. All meals were explained to be absolutely delicious. Of course followed by the lime cake. Eating here is a pleasure. Never rushed, always relaxed. This is our special visit if we want to enjoy an excellent meal in comfortable surroundings, treated as welcome guests.
