Starbucks - Ocala

I went through the drive thru today, and Matt was at the window and he was the sweetest human being ever. he noticed ? problem and fixed before we even had even noticed. he was really sweet and he made my day!

Staff was rude and apparently they are not a true Starbucks. We were advised they are some type of licensed location but cannot scan the app or utilize our points or get credit for the purchase. Not very impressed with the experience here and will not be back to this location.

This is your standard Starbucks with excellent service. Good enough coffee and a wide selection of bites to eat, baked goods, maybe ham and cheese croissant. The location is great, with easy access to the turnpike, it's actually the only place to get a Starbucks if you are driving on the turnpike. I did an mobile order while I was driving. I?m not from the area so I didn?t know that there are two Starbucks not far from each other. Long story short went to the wrong one and the girl who was working today was so sweet and said she would remake them for me. She had them done I under 3 minutes! What a sweet girl! Thank you whoever you are. Keep your sweet smile :

I love this spot. It's never too busy and honestly I hop in here instead of going through the line at the one right around the corner. I can walk in the mall, get served and be out by the time the line would've moved ???? Everyone is friendly and real chill. Drinks are ALLways on point!
