Ron's Cozy Corner - Oconomowoc

We went for dinner. Potato pancakes, meat loaf dinner, julienne salad were all great. Large portions, attentive service.

Not as good as it used to be when Ron was in charge but it's average at best. We did have a good waitress but I don't remember her name ‍

I stopped by Ron's for their Friday Fish Fry dinner. Even at 4pm, the place was jammed, both at the bar and dining room! However, this fish fry was excellent. The fish was flaky and fresh, and the fries were crispy and tasty. Everything is bottomless as is typical in Wisconsin so everyone will get their fill. Service was fast and friendly.

We love Ron's for Saturday prime rib. One of the best in the area. Great meat, perfectly prepared. Casual ambiance. Friendly and efficient staff. Prime rib is excellent, with all the trimmings, and prices are good. Friday fish fry is very crowded, but look forward to trying, as well as the fried chicken. Solid place for a good meal and cocktail, and at a fair price.

The fish fry is one of the best I've had in a long time, and the fact that they serve it daily is an added bonus. I'd suggest getting the chips over the mediocre fries, but the fish, coleslaw, and tarter sauce are fabulous. Our server, Kaleb, was fantastic. He not only was super attentive, he was also very accommodating as we had a wheelchair and a severe fish allergy in our party. I was so pleased with his service!
