Feedback gevenI love little ceasers pizza. But I swear. I 'm the only one that has to wait. I understand that people do online orders. But I 've been here for 20 minutes now. When it was supposed to be 10 minutes... I 've watched at least 30 people come n go. Guaranteed not everyone had an online order. It 's happened twice now. Nothing is got n ready. All I wanted was regular hot n ready
Disgusting. Disgusting service. Disgusting attitudes. I waited in line FOR TEN MINS for a PICKUP order. I parked to go In and pick it up myself at the counter since the drive thru seemed to take forever. The car behind me ended up LEAVING. I go inside and I’m told that I’d be helped “after he takes the pizza out of the oven” I waited ten minutes after that. A new car pulls up to the window. Said employee HELPS THE WINDOW but DOESNT acknowledge me AT ALL. I spoke up and asked if my order was ready and that he needed to help me first. Dude says my order has been in the “portal” the whole time. Ok. You hadn’t told me that. You hadn’t asked if I needed help. I was standing at the counter watching you do countless things without ever acknowledging me. You could’ve told me it was ready and helped me figure out the portal within 2-5 mins tops. Instead you demand I have “identification “ for you to hand me my pizza I already PAID FOR? Um it’s a $15 pizza I’ve never heard of anyone needing any kind of identification for a pizza other than MY NAME?? I’ve never seen any employee treat a customer like that after waiting so long
I pull through here a lot after work. They are quick and friendly.
Order was placed at 5:55pm. Estimated pickup time was 6:25-6:27pm. Online tracker didn’t show it as ready at those times. Arrived at the store at 6:39pm. 3 customers waiting in store and 5 cars at drive thru. Only 2 employees. One employee left before 7pm, leaving one employee. As of 7:45pm the pizza was not ready. Stood at the counter to speak with the employee for a status but he was too busy to come to the counter. Understandably. Over an hour later, it still wasn’t ready. Also, is it not policy for employees to wash hands and use gloves? Rather alarming because I witnessed the register being handled, phone being answered, and a muffin pan wiped out with the same unwashed bare hands. After that, I didn’t want the pizza anyways. Called for a refund only to be told you have to go stand in the store to accomplish this. Will not be returning.
Hot IF it's ready. They have trouble consistently keeping up with demand. Quicker to order Domino's takeout across the street.
