Jack In The Box - Oklahoma City

I ordered delivery through Grubhub and it arrived over an hour late, so the food was cold. However, I understand that this is typically an issue with the delivery service and not the restaurant itself. I was disappointed that my Churro dessert, sauces, and straw were missing from my order. When I tried calling the restaurant to explain the situation, they did not answer my calls and even hung up on me several times. This lack of professionalism was frustrating, especially since I had paid for the missing items. Despite this, I am willing to give them another chance for my next order.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent, the food was very fresh, and the manager and window employee were both very friendly. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food.

I showed up at almost 10 in the morning but the door was locked. The lights were on but no one was home. Very irritating. Will not try again... Ended up, walking next door to whataburger, much better experience.Food: 1/5

Very pricey, I spent over seven dollars on a basic burger. I'm not happy about how costly Jack in the box has become.

Don’t order normal menu at breakfast time. I ordered tiny tacos thinking they would just have to throw them in the fryer. The tiny tacos were cold and raw on the inside, now I’m sick puking with egg sulfur burps. They basically exposed me to raw meat or egg and salmonella today, thanks.
